Physical Therapists
Ashley Bearden Fielding, MPT
Ashley finished her Masters in Physical Therapy at Medical College of Georgia, Suma Cum Laude (4.00 GPA). She also holds a BS degree (Magna Cum Laude) in special education from the University of Georgia. Ashley enjoys pediatric rehab, as well as, adults. She has been with RTS since her graduation.
Jonathan Jones, MPT
Jonathan finished his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2004 at the Medical College of Georgia. He also holds a BS in Exercise Science for Valdosta State. Interestingly, Jonathan began his career as a volunteer in our Bainbridge office just after finishing high school. He then completed his degrees and has been with RTS since graduation.
Steve Allen, MS, PT
Steve is one of the company owners. He has 16 years of teaching gross anatomy and neuroanatomy in medical school and physical therapy school. He has also taught continuing education courses in industrial rehab and workers compensation, shoulder rehab, and stroke/brain injury rehab.

Kristy Shaw
Kristy completed her BS degree in Occupational Therapy in 2001 from the Medical College of Georgia. She enjoys treating both children and adults.

Mona Rambo, CCC/SLP
Mona completed her MEd. At Valdosta State University in 1997. She has been with RTS since 1998 and has worked in many of our office locations and off-site programs. She enjoys pediatrics and adults. Mona also holds a BA in political science.
Kellie Fesler, CCC/SLP
Kellie received her Master in Speech Language Pathology from Valdosta State University in 1995 after finishing her Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia. She has worked in all Speech/Language venues and has been with RTS since 1999.
