Physical Therapists
Ray Horner, PT
Ray graduated form Florida A & M University in 1993, Suma Cum Laude. Ray is a second career PT. He also holds a Geology degree with a minor in Chemistry form Georgia State University 1987, Suma Cum Laude. He has been the Vice President of Sales for Henley International for physical modalities products and was also an air traffic controller for 10 years at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport. He has taught multiple continuing education course, including physical agents and rehab of post-surgical shoulders.
Steve Allen, MS, PT
Steve is one of the company owners. He has 16 years of teaching gross anatomy and neuroanatomy in medical school and physical therapy school. He has also taught continuing education courses in industrial rehab and workers compensation, shoulder rehab, and stroke/brain injury rehab.
Margie Bright, MPT
Margie finished her PT degree at Angelo State University in 2004. She relocated to the Perry area after marriage to a local man. They are avid salt water fisherpersons.
Physical Therapy Assistant
Janet Stuart, PTA
After working for many years as a licensed respiratory therapist, Janet began a second career in physical therapy. She graduated from Central Florida Community College in May of 1998 and obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant's license. She has been with RTS for almost 2 years.
Occupational Therapist
Teresa Gutierrez, OTR/L, CHT
Teresa graduated form the University of Florida in 1976. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist for most of her 30 years of practice. She has also been director of occupational therapy at Tallahassee Memorial Medical Center, Capital Rehabilitation Hospital, and Tallahassee Community Hospital. Teresa also served as outpatient rehab director at Capital Rehabilitation Hospital (HealthSouth) and as Assistant Director of Rehab at Tallahassee Community Hospital. Addition, she is trained in industrial rehab and has been with RTS since 1995.
